A group of links relating to the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers)

I've been attending Quaker Meetings at Plainfield N.J since 1993. Since so many early Quakers challenged the commonly accepted dictates of the State and the Community, many ended up in jail. I guess this is why so many Quakers have engaged in prison ministry. My volunteer work in both the Behavior Modification Program as well as the Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) is inspired by this heritage of Quaker activism.

Check out some of these links.
